10 Years and still gettin crazy just ignore the old men behind us

So yesterday was William and my ten year anniversary. Yes for everyone wondering we got married at 12 years old. Only legal down south!!!

I remember the day I set eyes on my now husband, it was my first day at a new high school he was wearing a pair of khaki pants and a quicksilver shirt. We were both very tall so the nuns wanted to introduce us. It was not love at first sight we became best friends. I was even nice enough to set him up with one of my girlfriend for one of the dances. Finally I decided I had to have him and as you can tell I was a determined little teenager and now ten years later you see what you get for determination and rebellion ten years of wedded bliss.
All jokes aside I love my man.

Ten years later who knew we would defy the statistics, of getting married toooooooooooo young and being high school sweethearts. He proved yesterday why we are still together flowers, card, dinner, dancing, jewelry, shoes and how much he truly loves me and our family. We went to dinner at the same restaurant we had dinner at for his 21st birthday and he worked in while putting himself through college. It was fun to see the broom closet we use to sneak off to and make out in, the bar I used wait in for him to get off work, the room we sang You Are A Loser Baby at a Christmas party {side note: it looks easy till you are drunk and the words are scrolling across at 100 miles an hours and it looks like just a blur, we just gave up and ran off laughing}, and to make a toast to each other about love and being in love.

We are kids free this weekend, we are so lucky to be in Richmond with family so close they love taking care of the kids, this weekend might be a little much. We are planning a trip to Baltimore for crabs and some Inner Harbor nuttyness, which is one of our old stomping grounds. Here is too Bloody Mary's in the middle of the day looking out at the water.

What gets me about this whole 10 years is that we have about 60 more years together that is a little hard to wrap my head around! But I am willing to give it the good old college try.
