I went away this weekend and left my boy Will with Emme and the new baby Princess Succotash. I was sure the landscaping would be done, lawn mowed and prayed for the clothes to be put away but when I returned I found Emme in the same clothes I dressed her in for the birthday party we went to before I left for the Jamestown Extravaganzas, nothing done and maybe a little messier than before. Wow so many stories to tell from this busy weekend. But we will start with my broken back!
So Monday night around 1:00am Will woke me up to tell me I am leaving tomorrow for "not Pittsburgh but that other place" ...What? I ask "Chicago?"...he replies "I think so." whatever... Ok so the next morning I am a little more awake and he shows me his itinerary and it is Chicago. Off he went the girls and I had a good day lots of outdoors time with a girls lunch at the club and then everyone went for a nap. I had something to prove so I finished the landscaping and cut the grass it felt great.
I was so proud when I told Alexis I cut the grass she asked "all by yourself." I replied "yes baby girls can do anything." The next morning I was crippled totally broken. I emailed my dad and said do not worry about babysitting for me to workout, "I am broken, so broken I am nauseas to my stomach." Ok but I can not tell Alexis so we watch movies, she thinks this is a big treat since she is only allowed to watch one hour a day. Ok so my point girls can do anything but they are totally broken afterwards!!!!
No just kidding Girls can Do Anything!!!!
